Food Grade Paper

Food-grade paper comes into regular contact with food and must meet stringent food safety and strength requirements. For various jobs and purposes, we sell several varieties of food wrapping paper including:

  • Butcher Paper is an uncoated sheet with moderate moisture holdout.
  • Freezer Wrap is a coated sheet with 5 lbs. of poly on one side to provide extra holdout.
  • Heavy Duty Locker is a freezer wrap with a heavier 47 lb. base sheet with 7 lbs. of poly on one side. This is for extra protection and for longer length freezer storage.
